Support for you and your family
Whether you are looking for support for yourself, your child or in your role as a parent, the first step is to talk about your needs. At KALINKA we successfully treat stress, anxiety, adjustment problems, fear, sadness and other conditions that are common in modern life.
How we can help
- Stress, worry and panic attacks
- Childhood fears and separation difficulties
- Sadness, withdrawal and low self-esteem
- Adjustment difficulties – divorce, moving, a new sibling
- Tantrums and behavioural difficulties
- Challenges of adolescence
How we work
With children we work through play – their natural language. With teenagers and adults we use a cognitive behavioural approach that is practical and goal-oriented. We involve parents whenever it helps the child.

Questions
Before your first visit
How do I choose between counselling and psychotherapy?
You don't have to decide alone. At the first session we will assess together whether short-term counselling is enough or structured psychotherapy is better.
Does the parent attend sessions with the child?
It depends on age and goals. Younger children often start with a parent, and parents always receive feedback.
How does online counselling work?
Through a secure video call at an agreed time. You need a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
Sessions last 45–60 minutes. Call 072 232 363 for the current price list – we will give you all the information in advance.
Are conversations confidential?
Yes. All information is strictly confidential and handled in line with data protection law.
